What is America's COMPANION?
America’s COMPANION is a tailored sharing program designed for individuals age 65+ who are enrolled in Medicare Parts A & B. Membership starts at $98/month (pricing varies by age and membership selection; a $15 account fee may apply depending on payment type). Medicare leaves you responsible for 20% of your medical costs, and COMPANION makes sure you have peace of mind knowing those costs are shared by your community.

What’s Eligible for Sharing?
- Out-of-pocket co-insurance costs for Medicare B covered services are eligible for sharing
- Telehealth visits
- All sharing occurs after Medicare processes the claim

No. America’s HealthShare is a healthcare sharing ministry, not insurance.
COMPANION sharing is always secondary to Medicare Parts A & B. You submit your Medicare EOB with any medical expenses, and the portion that is your responsibility after Medicare processes the bill is what is shared by the community.
There are no pre-existing condition limitations for COMPANION Members.
Eligible generic medications may qualify for $0 co-share through Misio Health if you include the add-on in your enrollment.
