America’s HealthShare costs can be broken down into the following:

1. America’s HealthShare has an application fee of $135.
2. Each month you will pay a Monthly Contribution, the amount depending on the Sharing program you select, your age, family size, and the Annual Unshared Amount that you choose.
3. You are responsible for any medical expenses that go towards the Annual Unshared Amount that you chose each year. Once that is met, then your medical expenses are shared by the community for the rest of the membership year.
