Getting Started is Simple
- Select the TUVU Add–On When You Sign Up: For new Members who are enrolling in America’s HealthShare online, select the $3.00/month TUVU add-on for each family member who will be using TUVU. You will need to supply a unique email address for each family member joining.
- Download the TUVU App: Once you have signed up, you can download the TUVU app on the Apple App Store or Google Play, and sign in with the provided username and temporary password.

TUVU is committed to maintaining a welcoming and family–friendly environment through community standards and content moderation practices designed to encourage respectful, positive interactions.
Members may remove the TUVU add–on at any time by contacting support@americashealthshare.org. Requests must be received by the last day of the month prior to the desired cancellation date. Please include the following information in your request:
• Your Membership ID
• The name(s) of the member(s) requesting removal of the TUVU add–on
• The requested effective date for cancellation
